Flowing Waters Retreat at Mt. Shasta is a meditative, creative and inspirational retreat available for rent to groups and individuals. We welcome groups of varying paths, incomes and needs, who hold an intention of increasing Unity and Light.  Our ten acres of Land with three lovely, comfortable dwellings offer solitude within the Beauty and Power of Mt Shasta. The pure creek waters flowing next to the dwellings are a powerful source of healing and life energy (prana).

A Mindfulness Practice Center, we will support you in creating the best possible retreat experience.

Your group can enjoy comfortable, lovely Namaste House with huge decks overlooking the creek, cathedral windows, hot healing mineral waters, and contemplative pools and gardens.  Larger groups can add on the two cottages across the creek.

For personal or couple retreats,  Soaring Kuan Yin “the Treehouse” and magical Ananda Bliss A Frame are secluded in a wild fir and cedar forest  with the music of the flowing waters and wind in the trees.

All three dwellings are fully furnished and  well cared for.  Each dwelling also comes with a DVD player and music system.  Music, movies, books, and magazines are offered and carefully chosen for inspirational food for our minds, hearts and deeper journey.

Flowing Waters has walking paths through the  forest, waterfalls and even a large deep natural crystal pool for satisfying swimming.  Sunrise and Sunset Meditation Huts, three yoga/camping platforms, and other small sacred outdoor areas are scattered through the land.

At Flowing Waters, we take care of Gaia by using mostly green, nontoxic technology, cleaning and other products, and invite our guests to join us in composting and recycling. Healthy kitchens are fully equipped including stainless steel cookware.

We enthusiastically support local, national and international efforts to heal and protect our Earth.  Naturalists are delighted with the wild flowers including calypso orchids, angelica, grass of parnassus, oregon grape, etc. as well as dipper birds, bald eagles, and even a family of sandhill cranes in our ” Medicine Springs” valley.  As described on the About Mt. Shasta page, we are at a fascinating intersection of the Coastal, Cascades, and Sierra ecosystems.

We are near the sacred sites of Mt. Shasta, next door to the mineral rich baths and sauna of Stewart Mineral Springs, en route to the spectacular Trinity Alps and the Pacific Crest Trail (30 min.) in a verdant valley near Interstate 5 (15 min.).  The gorgeous and fun wild Klamath River for kayaking/rafting/tubing is just up the highway (35 min.).

We’d like to help you create the best possible retreat experience
for your group,  family, couple, or solo self.
